The Office of Special Projects and Research Development (SPARD) records contain materials related to faculty research and the admininistration of the SPARD office between 1965 and 1986, with the majority of the material dating from 1965-1975. SPARD was created to facilitate, coordinate, and initiate projects and research activities at Eastern Michigan University.

The Twenty Club records include documents relevant to the group's founding in 1904 at Michigan State Normal College.
